The bathroom needed a thorough cleaning. I noticed the floors were sticky, which was off-putting. Additionally, the TV remote was dirty and felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The breakfast offered decent options but didn’t have enough variety. Staff were friendly but could have been more attentive to the cleanliness of the amenities.

On top of that, the elevator noise was quite bothersome throughout the night, not to mention the unwelcome presence of a homeless individual in the breakfast area. it feels like there's some serious management oversight needed to bring this place back up to speed.
